1. Service Description

STYLR AI is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze clothing style from photos. The app provides style scores, aesthetic identification, and personalized recommendations.

2. Account

You must create an account to use STYLR AI. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

3. Free and Premium Plans

• Free plan: includes 1 free style scan with limited results.
• Premium plan: includes unlimited scans, detailed sub-scores, personalized recommendations, and full history. Available as weekly, monthly, or annual subscription.

Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Billing, renewal, and cancellation follow the policies of the respective platform.

4. Free Trial

New subscribers may be eligible for a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the regular price.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload inappropriate, illegal, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the AI analysis system
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free scans
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without authorization

6. AI Analysis Disclaimer

Style scores and recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and are subjective. They should be treated as entertainment and general guidance, not as professional fashion advice. STYLR AI makes no guarantees about the accuracy or suitability of its recommendations.

7. Intellectual Property

The STYLR AI app, including its design, code, AI models, and content, is owned by STYLR AI. You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant us a temporary license to process it for analysis purposes only.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

STYLR AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or inaccurate analysis results.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
